Banila Co Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Review and Photos

Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm
Over the past couple of years, Cleansing Balms have revolutionised our skincare routines thanks to their double-duty uses. I have reviewed a few Cleansing Balms here on the blog over the past couple of years that you can read about here, however, the Banila Co Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm is one of the OG Cleansing Balms so I thought it was about time I got around to sharing with you my thoughts on this popular Korean Balm...
WHAT'S INSIDE?
Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm comes in four formulas including,
  • Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original 100ml & 180ml (Pink)
  • Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Purifying 100ml (Purple)
  • Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Nourishing 100ml (Yellow)
  • Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Revitalising 100ml (Green)
There is also a 150ml Clean It Zero Foam Cleanser available too.

WHAT DOES IT DO AND WHO IS IT FOR?
A cleansing balm, in general, is good for taking off makeup, cleansing and nourishing, as well as removing any dirt and impurities from your skin. Banila Co's 3 in 1 Cleansing Balms have everyone covered with their four different targeted balm formulas for every skin type or concern.
  1. Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original (Pink) - For all skin types, this original formula contains Vitamin C and E.
  2. Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Purifying (Purple) - Great for problematic skin.
  3. Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Nourishing (Yellow) - Perfect for any skin type that needs that extra dose of hydration thanks to the additional Royal Jelly and Ginseng Berry ingredients.
  4. Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Revitalising (Green) - With Grape Seed Oil and Resveratrol this Balm helps with signs of ageing and aids in protecting from pollution also.
Banila Co Cleansing Balms are also paraben, alcohol, sulfate, mineral oil, phthalates and artificial colouring free.

PRICE
Prices vary depending on where you decide to order yours from but as a guideline, you can pick this cleanser up for around £18 give or take. I'll list my top websites to buy this from down below.

PACKAGING
Banila Co recently transformed its packaging and now you can find all four cleansers in these beautiful bright pastel coloured tubs which in my opinion are so much more eye-catching and easy to differentiate between all of them. Each comes boxed and includes a small spatula to scoop up the balm easily and more hygienically.

HOW TO USE
Scoop a small 2 pence piece sized amount out with the spatula included and massage onto dry skin to melt away makeup, SPF and the daily build-up of dirt etc. Remove the cleanser with a damp muslin cloth or flannel then follow up with either a second cleanse or your other skincare products you use within your routine.

LONGEVITY
12 months once opened.

WHERE CAN I BUY IT? *Affiliate Links
Amazon UK*, Soko Glam*, YesStyle* and BanilaCo USA*.

OVERALL THOUGHTS
I'm obsessed! I adore this cleansing balm firstly because the texture is so smooth, so fine and ultra lightweight. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin at all and the best part is it breaks down makeup quickly and efficiently while gently cleansing your skin at the same time. I also commend Banila Co for producing an amazing collection of well thought out cleansing balms to suit every skin types without parabens and sulphates.

Overall this cleanser is a real pleasure to use within my evening routine and I would highly recommend picking up a tub if you're wanting something kinder to the skin and a far better option than a makeup remover wipe...

I award the Banila Co Clean It Zero Original Cleansing Balm a 4.9 out of 5
