Lately I have been addicted to anything Chevron and have always wanted to a manicure with this pattern, so here's my unique take on the Chevron Manicure.

Gym Outfit of the Day and Food Diary - Motivation Monday

Happy Monday guys and here's to another motivational week!

What exercise are you doing this week, I have a Kettle Bell & Abs class that I love doing as it really gives you a full body workout.
 

I love teaming bright neon colours together to make my workout outfits pop and keep me motivated, show me your outfit using the hashtag #motivationmonday 

I love porridge or oatmeal for breakfast as it keeps me full, tastes yummy and gives you energy to start your day. I pile Berries and flaxseed on top, but you can add whatever you like!

NPCOTW - Nail Polish Colour of the Week!

As the night's get darker and Summer draws to a close, I wanted to make the most of having bright nails before Winter sets in and I think about Fall/Winter Nail Trends.

 

 I decided to team a beautiful Acid Yellow by Barry M, with Essie's Flirty Fuchsia and finish of the ring finger with a bit of bling from Nails Inc in Princes Arcade.

Neon is yet again a popular trend for summer and brightens up any outfit.

The best way to add Neon to update your wardrobe without going all 80's, is with a pop of Neon accent to style up your current closet.
