My Perfume Collection - Updated, featuring Marc Jacobs & YSL

I'm a big fan of perfume as it always makes me feel expensive and special whenever I wear it. There's just something about particular scents that give me a warm nostalgia feel, so I thought I would share with you my updated perfume collection, as I haven't done one of these since 2013.

I will pop a link (highlighted in pink) to an amazing website, for all the perfumes I have listed so you can check out the top notes of each fragrance

What's your current perfume favourite? Leave a comment down below or tweet me.
Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy
Viva La Juicy I first bought on my last trip to New York about six years ago. At the time I was obsessed with anything Juicy and purchased this in the Juicy Couture shop on 5th Avenue. I have bought this ever since as it has strong memories for me, from my time in New York.

Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Fleur
Viva La Juicy La Fleur is one of my favourite perfumes for the Spring and Summer. If you like the original I think you'll like this, it's a slightly more fresher, lighter scent than the original but nether less beautiful.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Delight
Another one of my much-loved perfumes for Spring is this Daisy Eau So Fresh. I wouldn't typically go for these more fresher scents, but there's something about this, that is perfect for everyday.

YSL Manifesto
Manifesto is one of my newer scents I've added to my collection and is actually fast becoming my favourite! This is a gorgeous deep, musky scent that lasts all day on the skin for me.

Jean Paul Gaultier Classique
Jean Paul Gaultier Classique, is a perfume I have worn ever since I was a teenager. As the name suggests this is a classic fragrance that never gets old for me.

Vera Wang Princess
The packaging alone sold this too me a few years back now and ever since Vera Wang Princess is a perfume I have bought time and time again. This is a strong perfume that lasts all day, but it does have a lovely freshness running through it and is one that every girl should own!

Gucci Rush
Gucci Rush is another one of my signature teenage scents, I love this I think purely for the nostalgic memories it brings back. I admit this is a super strong scent hat is not to everyone's taste, but it does last all day.

Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Roller Ball
I also got this little roller ball travel edition of the Viva La Juicy scent in New York as it's great to pop in your handbag for a night out or on the go touch ups.

Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely
Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker is another nostalgic scent for me and one I must get again soon. This perfume stick I've had for a while now and should probably throw out, as I really don't use it that much because it leaves a greasy residue on the skin, that can be messy at times.

Room Decor, Organisation and Storage Ideas

Room Tour Organisation and Storage Ideas
I defiantly like a tidy house and when it comes to clutter I love everything to have an organised place or storage solution and this is where my passion for DIY and my obsession for Ikea comes in. Now Ikea I like to call the Primark of home ware, you go in for one thing and then you come out with a lot more than you expected, I just love them because they have the best storage solutions and ideas. With regards to DIY I always look at things and think I could make that for half the price with what resources I already have available, so I wanted to share with you a few DIY and general storage ideas for your bedroom, make-up room and office area etc.
Nail Polish Storage
NAIL POLISH
Being a nail polish hoarder, I was constantly looking for storage ideas to display all my polishes on, until I discovered the joy of the Ikea Ribba picture ledge, which I'm sure you've seen a ton, but this is the perfect idea for storing polish on and you can fit two rows of nail polish, one behind each other on each ledge.

Jewellery Tree Storage
JEWELLERY
If you have lots of jewellery and are a magpie for sparkle like me then it seems a shame not to have your favourite pieces on show. There is plenty of ideas you can use, so let your imagination run wild! I found this affordable jewellery tree from Wilko, which displays some of my most colourful and sparkly costume jewellery.
Beauty and Fashion Books
My jewellery tree is stored on top of some of my favourite books which I love to display too as they add colour and interest to a room.

Jewellery Tray
Another great idea for storing your go to jewellery and current favourite nail polish is on a pretty tray, I have jewellery I wear everyday and so it's nice to have it out where I can access it easily. The same applies to nail polish, if you have a few favourites for the month or you think I must wear that polish again sometime, display it on a tray so it reminds you to wear it and plus it looks pretty too. See how I made this Jewellery tray in my recent video below.
Ikea Candle Tray
DIY Light
LIGHTING UP A ROOM
Lights for me always adds atmosphere to a room, whether it be fairy lights, chandeliers or lamps, but these can be expensive, so look around to what you already have stored in your house, can you re-vamp or update something? I had an old Moroccan looking lamp which was brown that hadn't been used in ages, I just spray painted it white to bring it back to life and now I use it all the time.

Ikea Malm
THE FUNDAMENTAL STORAGE
Ikea Malm has been my favourite storage solution for years, mainly because they are affordable and the fact they look clean, crisp and come in so many different varieties and colours now that the possibilities are endless.
I like the 3 drawer units as these work for me the best and plus there's the option of a glass top which finishes the draws of perfectly.
I use the Ikea Skubb draw inserts to keep things organised inside as well as out, they come in black, white and pink and fit perfectly into the Malm series. Other storage ideas for inside draws which I like to use are mason jars and old jewellery and make-up boxes.

Clothes Rack
WARDROBE SPACE
If you don't have a lot of wardrobe space like me and your fiancĂ© ends up having more clothes than you, then a clothes rack is a great idea to display seasonal clothes on,which are easier to reach than being banished to the back of a tiny wardrobe. I picked up this clothes rack from Argos for under £10 and it defiantly has been a stress-free lifesaver when picking out clothes in the morning. You can also find these on Amazon too.
Hangers - Primark
OFFICE SPACE
I only have a tiny corner as my office and the Ikea Kallax is what I use to store everything in, I like this unit as it comes with additional cupboard inserts, draws and storage boxes to fit in to the shelves so you can customise it to your tastes. At the moment I have the Ikea Drona in Mint Green in the bottom two shelves.

Tassel Garland
To jazz up this little corner I made an easy affordable tassel garland that will brighten up any dull area, these are great as you can customise them in any colour you would like and they are really easy to make.
Use jewellery trays, mason and candle jars to store washi tape, paperclips and pens.
Fill frames with inspiring quote postcards, these are from Paperchase.
To stay organized and inspired I came up with this DIY Planner Board. This doubles up as a weekly planner to stay on schedule and an inspiration board that can motivate you to move forward with your goals and aspirations, which is what helps me.

Makeup Vanity
MAKE-UP VANITY
I think I'm in the majority vote when I say that the Ikea Alex is the best for storing make-up in, they just have the perfect sized draws where you can see everything in them.
Ikea Alex
I find the best storage for inside the draws for make-up is the Muji PP Storage and Ikea Godmorgon.
I also like the Ikea Variera draw liner, which you can cut to size and keeps the inside of the draws clean.
Old make-up bags are also a great way to store your cotton wool, q tips and sponges etc.
Old gift boxes and candle jars can be used to store nail polish and nail essentials in.
Muji Acrylic Storage
Muji have the best acrylic storage at an affordable price for keeping almost anything in, these draw versions are great for lipstick so you can see every colour clearly.
Another acrylic storage idea is the lipstick holders that display your lipsticks beautifully, you can get these from as little as £3 from Amazon.
Look for cute heart dishes in the kitchenware sections to store lip balms in, this one is from Wilko.

Mirrored trays are perfect for displaying pretty perfume bottles as I think it's a shame to keep them hidden away in a cupboard. Check out TK Maxx for mirrored storage.

My Perfume Collection Featuring Vera Wang & Juicy Couture

I love wearing perfume as it always make me feel expensive and nostalgic and it seems to complete's my outfit like an accessory. I mostly adore musky deep perfumes as I like the longevity and the distinctive scent they leave on your clothes and your skin as it always makes me feel special and individual.

I thought I would share with you my current Perfume Collection and some of my classic signature perfumes I tend to wear of an evening or weekend occasion, hope you like!

I found a great website that describes fragrance in detail, it's called Fragrantica which is a fragrance encyclopaedia of every perfume imaginable and is super useful if your buying presents! I have attached a link under each perfume that describes each scent in detail and the top notes if you would like to discover them further.

Viva La Juicy La Fleur
I am a total fan of the classic Viva La Juicy below, so I was excited to try the La Fleur edition, it smells beautiful and floral which I don't usually go for, so this was a nice surprise. I prefer to wear this during the day as it is a light fresher fragrance.
I also did a review on this last year on the blog so feel free to check it out.

Viva La Juicy
I discovered this perfume in the Juicy Couture shop while in New York a few years ago, I already had an obsession with Juicy so was keen to discover what Juicy Couture Signature perfume had to offer.
I love this for day or evening and it always brings back memories of beautiful New York.
HUGO Deep Red
This is another of my classic nostalgic perfumes from my youth, it's a really deep distinctive perfume which I like wearing for everyday.

Vera Wang Princess Night
If I enjoy an original perfume I tend to like the release of the follow up perfume in the brands fragrance family and this is no exception, Vera Wang Princess Night is a really beautiful stronger edition to the princess family and I love wearing this when I am going out, it always makes me feel complete when I wear it.

Vera Wang Princess
My boyfriend bought me this perfume one Christmas and ever since it makes me think of my boyfriend and Christmas, random I know, but apart from that it is a beautiful day perfume, it's lighter than princess night but still has a strong scent that makes you feel feminine and pretty, just like a princess!

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Classique Summer Edition
I always love the Original Jean Paul Gaultier perfume it is so classic and never goes out of fashion, which is why I always love the Summer Edition Jean Paul releases, I had this when I was a teenager and it brings back lots of nice memories and plus it always looks pretty on my vanity!

Gucci Rush
This was my signature perfume when I was 17, I had the body lotion, the shower gel the whole line and even now I still love this perfume, it's defiantly an evening fragrance for me as it screams expensive and powerful.

Viva La Juicy Roller Ball
I really like a handbag size of my perfume especially the fragrances I like to wear in the evening, so this roller ball is perfect.

Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Shimmer Stick
I got this as a gift in a set with the Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely perfume, it was a special Christmas edition and has a beautiful shimmer as well as smelling of the pretty Lovely fragrance. It is quite greasy so I don't tend to use this often but it is pretty for special occasions.

Vera Wang Princess Perfume Pencil
This solid perfume pencil I received in a Christmas Gift Set one year too, I don't use this that often as it's quite greasy on the skin which is a shame as it is one of my favourite perfumes.

Diesel Fuel For Life Femme
This was given to me by my mum, I think she had too much of it and went of the scent quickly, I have used it up all now and wouldn't buy it myself as it's not a scent I tend to lean towards often, but it was great for an everyday scent.
