The All Beauty March Favourites

March Beauty Favourites
I feel like I haven't done a monthly round up in ages, so it's about time I shared with you some of my all beauty favourites from March, which coincidentally seem all very colour co-ordinated!
Soap & Glory Heel Genius
Now that we are getting into open toed weather, I feel like it's time to start preparing the feet for all those pretty sandals I've seen just lately. The Heel Genius has been a saviour at making my feet feel wonderfully soft, refreshed and ready for their 2017 debut...
Soap & Glory Hand Maid
I've nearly used up the last of my Bath & Body Works Stash of Anti Bacs (Sob!), however I've found a lovely replacement from Soap & Glory in the form of the Hand Maid. This gorgeous smelling anti-bac smells just like the Righteous Butter, plus it's a decent size too. I like to keep this one on my vanity to use before I apply my make-up each morning.

Clinque Beyond Perfection Foundation + Concealer
Gosh I love this foundation! I picked this up last year on my our way to Mexico as I had heard such good things about it. Usually I'm really not a fan of matte foundations (with the exception of the L'Oreal Infalliable Total Cover) as I tend to prefer more of a dewy finish these days. However there is just something about this foundation that gives you the most beautiful coverage, without feeling or looking dry and I just can't help but gravitate towards this every time.

MAC Angel Lipstick
MAC Angel is actually one of the first MAC lipsticks I ever bought, it's also a lipstick I go back to time and time again. This pinky nude, frost never fails to brighten up a look for me, I even wore this on my Wedding Day too.

Rimmel #Insta Fix & Go
I actually did a first impression on this recently and I've been in love with it ever since. I adore not only the smell of this, but the fact that it's a 2 in 1 Primer and Setting Spray. It's also a great affordable alternative to some of the high end version out there too.

June Favourites 2016 - Bronzing, Cushion Foundations and Dry Skin Saviours

June Beauty Favourites 2016
I haven't done a favourites in a while now, but this month there's been quite a few bits that I've really taken a shine to and it's safe to say there's defiantly a Summer theme throughout, so here's a round up of everything bronzed, cushioned and nude.

Nivea Rich Nourishing Body Moisturiser
1. Nivea Rich Nourishing Body Moisturiser
Ever since I got back of holiday in May, I've been on the hunt for a day moisturiser to intensely hydrate my body, as my skin has been extremely dry after being zapped from the strong rays and humidity in Mexico.

I had heard a few things about this particular moisturiser from Nivea and this certainly did tick all my boxes when it came to hydration. This light moisturiser keeps my skin looking and feeling soft as well as deeply hydrating my the body thanks to the almond oil, but I do advise waiting a bit before you get dressed, as it can be a little slippery because of the almond oil extract.

2. Revolution Radiance Lights Palette
I reviewed this a few months back and I absolutely fell in love with it! If your not into a full on strobing highlighter but you still want a bit of a glow, then this may be right up your street as not only is this trio superb value for money, the quality of these is on par with many high end highlighters. I've been loving the first two shades mixed together to set my under eye concealer as it doesn't crease and it gives my skin the most beautiful subtle, ethereal glow!

MAC Hue
3. MAC Hue Lipstick
Nude Lips have been my Summer staple as they just go with any bronzed or golden make-up look. One of my favourite nude lipsticks I go to time and time again is MAC Hue as it's just the perfect light pink nude that looks gorgeous teamed with a nude pink gloss too.

L'Oreal Nude Magique Cushion Foundation
4. L'Oreal Nude Magique Cushion Foundation
Ever since I reviewed this genius cushion formula, I've been obsessed with it. Having never tried any foundations from L'Oreal before, this caught my eye purely because of the gorgeous packaging, but besides from that this foundation gives the most beautiful dewy, lightweight glow, just like it says on the packaging and it lasts too!

Clinque Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer
5. Clinque Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer
Speaking of foundations, I also have a high end favourite too in the form of the new Beyond Perfecting Foundation from Clinque. Matte foundations have never been my thing, but this one has changed my mind for sure, as it gives the most amazing flawless coverage, it's a great 2 in 1 and it comes with a neat applicator too.

L'Oreal Glam Bronze Cushion De Soleil
6. L'Oreal Glam Bronze Cushion De Soleil
Another L'Oreal favourite has been this Glam Bronzer that also comes in a cushion formula. I've been wearing this a ton lately, as it blends a lot easier than a powder, it's also matte and totally not orange at all, considering it only comes in one shade.

Benefit Dew the Hoola Liquid Bronzer
7. Benefit Dew the Hoola
Staying along the lines of bronzers I have a high end favourite too. When I reviewed this I confessed I'd never actually tried the original Benefit Hoola Bronzer and so I really didn't know what to expect from this, but thankfully I loved it! First of all the packaging is possibly my favourite packaging of all time, Benefit really have stepped up their packaging game lately! Secondly this bronzer is again, non-orange, matte and blends in beautifully, it's also buildable too.

La Roche Posay Anthelios XL
8. La Roche Posay Anthelios XL
This is the only moisturiser I use in the day now, as it's a lovely light fluid which is perfect for the day time and of course it has an SPF of 50+ which is amazing.

Tanya Burr Afternoon Tea
9. Tanya Burr Afternoon Tea Lip Gloss
I adore this lip gloss as it's the most perfect nude pink shade. I also love teaming this with a nude lipstick like MAC Hue as they really are the perfect partners.

April Nail Favourites 2016 - Barry M, Nails Inc. and L'Occitane

April Nail Favourites 2016
Last week I focused on a special Nail Polish Week Series over on my channel. Nail Polish is defiantly one of my loves, whether it's the latest colours, treatments or fad, I'm there keen to try it out! Instead of doing a round up of my April Favourites, I wanted to share with you a few nail products I've been really enjoying using, old and new, so here they all are.
Products mentioned:
1. Nails Inc. Express Nail Polish Remover Pot
Just lately pot removers have been my only go to method as they are quick, convenient and non messy, my current favourite that does exactly that, is the Nails Inc. one.

2. O.P.I Rapid Dry Top Coat
For years Seche Vite had been my holy grail top coat, but over the past year I've found it to be not quite like it used to be. I explained this more in my video but I found it was shrinking when I applied it and leaving an odd line where it didn't cover completely at the start of my nail. Anyway to cut a long story short, I had to try a new top coat as the reason why I liked Seche Vite was largely because of the ultra fast drying time and so I recently re-discovered the O.P.I Rapid Dry and this does the job perfectly but without the shrinking!

3. L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream
Hand Cream is something I do try and apply on a regular basis and one I've been enjoying using at night is an old favourite from L'Occitane. The Shea Butter Hand Cream is ultra thick, luxurious and smells divine, it also helps keep my hands intensely moisturised and pampered.

4. Sally's Nail File Pack
My nails have been in a bit of a state recently and in need of a good buff and a shine! I picked up this pack from Sally's recently which had a great selection of all different types of files, but the ones I've been reaching for the most are the 220/280 & 1000/4000 files, which help buff out my ridges and give my nails a natural glossy shine to them.
Barry M recently launched their Coconut Infusion collection, which I reviewed last week. The range is made up of nudes and pretty Spring shades and one of my go to picks that I've been wearing a ton is Skinny Dip. This stunning shade is a creme formula and goes with anything and everything.

6. Barry M Sunset Daylight Curing Do You Pink I'm Sexy
Another Barry M favourite has been this flattering nude pink. This colour is such a wearable shade for Spring and Summer, it also dries super quick if teamed with the Daylight Curing Top Coat from Barry M.
Dadi Oil is another firm favourite that's been keeping my nails in check. This potent oil smells like a spa in a bottle, it's also a great multi use product too. I've been using this to hydrate not only my nails, but my feet too.

February Favourites 2016 - Men's Shave Balms, Blush and Nude Lips

February Favourites 2016
Well February defiantly went by quick, even with the extra day this year! But although February has been and gone, there was for sure some firm favourites for me this month. So here's my round up of everything I've been loving in February 2016.
Milani Baked Blush
Milani Baked Blush in Dolce Pink and Rose D'Oro
I've never really delved into the world of drugstore blushes, but just recently, they have been my only blush of choice, especially the Milani ones. I have been particularly loving Dolce Pink and Rose D'Oro form the Baked Blush range as these beautiful shades, give the most stunning glow to the cheeks and plus they last all day too.
MAC Lip Pencil Subculture, Tanya Burr Lip Gloss in Afternoon Tea & MAC Hue
The Perfect Lip Trio - MAC Subculture, Tanya Burr Afternoon Tea and MAC Hue
I recently re-kindled my love for nude lips and found the perfect trio while delving through my makeup collection. I've been over lining my lips with MAC Subculture, then applying MAC Hue all over the top, then to finish, I have been applying Tanya Burr Afternoon Tea in the centre of the lips.
Nivea Post Shave Balm
Nivea For Men Post Shave Balm
Thanks to Nikkie Tutorials, this has been my only face primer of choice for February. This genius product has glycerine in which helps your make-up stick and last all day. I've also found this works even better when using this in replace of a day moisturiser too.
Milani Bella Bronze
Maybelline Gel Liner in Brown
Milani Bella Eyes Bella Bronze and Maybelline Gel Liner in Brown
It's been all about the chocolate eye looks for me in February. I love brown eye products in particular as they make my green eyes pop more. My favourite combo has been Milani Bella Bronze, blended out all over the lid and under the eye and Maybelline Gel Liner in Brown on the lash and waterline.
Physicians Formula Bronze Booster
Physicians Formula Bronze Booster
Another firm favourite and recent discovery, is this drugstore bronzer from Physicians Formula. The reason why I've fallen in love with this is because, it looks natural, matte and non orange.
Revlon Colorstay
Revlon Colorstay Foundation
Because of the colder months, I've been opting for a more full coverage foundation and this old favourite from Revlon has been the best at helping my skin look flawless, even through the bad skin days!
Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish
Another old favourite is this cleanser from Liz Earle. It really is amazing at soothing your skin, taking off make-up and leaving my skin with a beautiful glow every time I use it. I really don't know how I lived without this!

January Favourites 2016 - Cleansers, Converse & Colouring!

January Favourites 2016
Happy 1st February guys, I cannot believe we are one month into 2016 already! January for me is always a month of new discoveries and with a good mix of Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle favourites, here's my round up of what I've been loving for the month of January. What have been some of your loves for your January?
Products mentioned:
1. Rimmel Lash Accelerator Endless Mascara - I always see this pop up on my Pinterest feed as one of the best drugstore mascara's, so I thought I would finally give this a go and I certainly wasn't disappointed. This Lash Accelerator is wonderful at making my lashes look elongated and full. The brush is also long and thin, and is perfect for grabbing every lash to help lengthen and lift them.

2. Una Brennan Vitamin C Brighten Skin Renew Cleansing Oil - Una Brennan is a brand I only discovered recently thanks to Vivianna Does Makeup. This Super Facialist line is a premium drugstore brand which stocks a wide variety of interesting skincare treats.

Last month I was in need of a new cleanser and thanks to Boots having a 1/3 off I thought I would take up the opportunity to try the Vitamin C Cleansing Oil. This oil is a dream to use as not only does it smell divine, it really does cleanse my skin well, with the added extra of removing my remaining make-up. I tend to use this in the evening as a first step cleaner, after I have removed the bulk of my make-up with either the Make Up Eraser or Micellar Water.

3. Pixi Glow Tonic Exfoliating Toner - You may have seen me already review this cult product here on the blog. This gentle glycolic toner has become a staple in my evening skincare routine and works beautifully at keeping my skin glowing and refined.

4. Make Up Eraser - The Make Up Eraser has become another holy grail essential within my evening routine. This fleecy cloth, removes every scrap of my make-up quickly and efficiently and is something I now can't live without!

5. Soap and Glory Breakfast Scrub - Previously I have always made my own body scrubs as I have never been able to find anything that could perform as well as this, until I discovered the Breakfast Scrub from Soap and Glory. This beautiful maple scented scrub works really well at removing my dead skin and leaving my body feeling smooth and silky.

6. Converse in Black - I recently picked up my 2nd pair of Converse in black and again like my white ones I have been totally in love with these, as they are really versatile and easy to style.

7. River Island Fluffy Bobble Hats - Both of these fluffy hats have become my Winter wardrobe essentials as not only do they dress up an outfit, they also keep my head warm!

8. Orelia Three Hearts Necklace - This beautiful necklace from Orelia has been the only thing I have worn for the last month as it's pretty, dainty and compliments any outfit.

9. The Magical City Colouring Book - I've really been addicted to colouring in lately, as it's truly therapeutic and calming. It's also something I have been enjoying doing before I go to bed as it helps me wind down and clear my mind.

November Beauty Favourites 2015 - Winter Essentials, Make-Up Removal & Strobing

November has been a colder month weather wise, resulting in my skin being pretty dry thanks to the wind and central heating blasts. So this month was about hydrating my skin, removing my make-up efficiently and some strobing love, which all makes up what I've been loving for the month of November!
Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Lip Protectant
I mentioned about my Eight Hour essentials in a recent blog post last month, as these have been some of my go to products for my dry flaky skin. The Lip Protectant is great for on the go application as it's small enough to put in your bag and it really helps soothe and hydrate my lips, plus it's great to use as a travel touch up for spots, dry skin patches and more.

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Intensive Moisturizing Hand Treatment
The other Elizabeth Arden product I have been loving is the Intensive Hand Treatment, which I keep in my gym bag to use every morning when I walk to the gym. Although this cream is quite thick in consistency, it sinks into the skin instantly leaving your hands feeling silky smooth.

Becca Jaclyn Hill Champagne Pop Shimmering Skin Perfector
Ever since Jaclyn Hill released her first highlighter with Becca cosmetics, it has re-kindled my love for the JLo glow. This is hands down the most beautiful highlighter I have ever seen, it's extremely flattering on the skin and really gives you the most beautiful glow ever. I also love the fact this has incredible longevity, as highlighters can be the first thing to fade for me.

Simple Kind to Skin Micellar Cleansing Wipes
Being a big micellar water fan, I was happy to discover that Simple had bought out a wipe version. Yes ok wipes are not the best for your skin, but micellar water for me removes my make-up far more efficiently than a normal make-up remover does. These wipes are great as they are well saturated for easy make-up removal, there also convenient for travel or if your too tired to do your full night time skin routine.
Cotton Wool pads are defiantly an everyday essential for me, especially for taking off my make-up. These large cotton wool pads are actually from the baby section in Boots and are the perfect size to swipe all over my face and take every bit of my make-up off with one cotton pad, which is great meaning I'm not using so much cotton pads in one go.

September Beauty, Make-up and Accessories Favourites 2015

September Favourites 2015
Firstly apologies for being a little MIA the past few months on the blog, it has been hectic to say the least! What a month September has been, not only did I get married, I went on a amazing honeymoon and also became an Auntie! I will be sharing a few photos from my Wedding Day as well as some up and coming posts on Wedding Gift Ideas etc. There will also be some exciting changes coming up on the blog too, so stay posted!

Today I thought I would share with you my September Favourites if it's not to late, including a lot of  special favourites from my Wedding. I hope everyone had a lovely September too, I'm certainly excited for October as it's the perfect time to wrap up in a blanket, light a candle and watch the leaves fall from the trees outside.
Urban Decay 24/7 Lip Liner in Native & MAC Angel Lipstick
Last month I reviewed the Urban Decay Lip Liner in Native as I wanted to hunt down a lip liner that not only matched with my MAC Angel Lipstick, but that lasted all day. This certainly had amazing longevity and is the most prettiest matte shade on the lips, which can be worn alone or with a complimenting lipstick. I did end up wearing this on my Wedding Day teamed with the MAC Angel Lipstick and it was the perfect Wedding Lip Combo!

Now this perfume is a mouthful to say but it is the most stunning scent with notes of  Vanilla, Blackcurrant and Jasmine, it's also the perfume I chose to wear on my Wedding Day. I love associating scents with memorable or special moments in life, it's lovely to feel nostalgic every time I wear this perfume. I also used the body lotion too on the day to help make the scent last longer.

I had already reviewed the original Black They're Real Mascara a few years back when it first was released and then this year Benefit released a blue and brown shade to the They're Real Family. I picked up the brown shade and oh boy is this the most stunning brown mascara I've ever tried. It is a true chestnut brown colour and looks beautiful as an alternative to black mascara and is something I have been sporting a lot lately with a shimmery brown eye look.

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette
I'm a big fan of the Naked Palettes from Urban Decay and the Naked 3 had been on my Pinterest wish list ever since it came out. I finally snapped this up recently and have been wearing and experimenting with all the colours ever since. This palette has a lot more pink and matte shades and is totally wearable for day and night.

Michael Kors Rose Gold Watch
This was actually a very generous Wedding Gift from my husband, he actually got it engraved too so we can remember the date of our special day. Ever since I received it I have been wearing it a ton as it goes with so much in my wardrobe, I also love the fact it has a blue face which makes it stand out.

Mint Opal and Swarovski Crystal Earrings
In the run up to the Wedding I bought a lot of the dĂ©cor and accessories etc. on Etsy, I just love that everything is handmade and so unique. I chose to wear these beautiful Mint Opal Earrings from a lovely shop on Etsy called Petite Delights. They were beautifully packaged and matched perfectly on the day with the Mint Green and Navy Wedding Theme. I will be going into more detail on a separate blog post about my wedding accessories and dress coming soon.

Crystalized Carvela by Kurt Geiger Peep Toe Shoes
I had always dreamed of wearing the most sparkling princess shoes on my Wedding Day. Over a year ago I spotted these Carvela shoes while shopping in London from Kurt Geiger. I actually ended up getting them in the sale in the Summer and I added the I do stickers to the bottom of the shoes to finish them off. I loved wearing them on the day and hopefully I can get a little more wear out of them too someday.

Personalised Ring Dish
This was a gift from one of my Bridesmaids, she got it personalised from Not On The High Street.com . Not only is this the prettiest dish, it's also great to pop your rings in if your cleaning or doing something messy or if your like me when I take my rings off, I usually forget where I've put them down and end up spending the whole day searching for them!
