Nail of the Day - Mint Green Nail Polish Obsession

Mint Green Nail Polish

Back in the day I was always a pink nail polish kind of girl, whether it was fuchsia, pastel, glitter, shimmer or neon, I wore it! As my love for nail polish has grown, so has my collection of colours, nowadays there is so much more choice and you can just about get away with any shade of colour or finish on your nails.

I started my mint green obsession a few years ago and it really snowballed from there, my first ever mint green polish was Essie Mint Candy Apple, but it actually took me a few years to pluck up the courage to wear such a daring shade. Fast forward to the present and I've become a serious magpie when it comes to anything mint green! Of course there is many variations of this colour, so I thought I'd share with you my ever growing collection of shades, in the hope it will help you out when knowing what type of mint shade to go for.

What's your all time favourite mint green shade? Leave a comment down below or tweet me.

All That Jazz Nail Polish Review and Photos

All That Jazz Nail Lacquer
I love discovering new nail polish lines, especially ones with unique colours and formulas. All That Jazz is an English brand under the Hand and Nail Harmony Umbrella, it was created over a year ago by young entrepreneur Jazzmin Smedley. This British brand stocks a range of Nail Lacquers and Manicure and Pedicure products including cuticle oil, lotions, scrubs and moisturising bars. I currently have only ventured into the polish line so far, so here's my thoughts.

Is there a unique Nail Polish line that you love, that you'd like me to review? Leave a comment down below or tweet me.
Price
Each lacquer retails for £9.98 for a generous 15ml. All That Jazz is a professional line with over 80 shades including crème, shimmer's and glitter's.
Packaging
Each polish is simply packaged in a large, clear bottle that shows of the colour well. It also has the distinctive All That Jazz logo labelled on the front of the polish.

Application
The polish has a lovely slender handle which is perfect for gripping, as well as a beautiful slim brush that applies the lacquer with ease. The formula's are highly pigmented and most are opaque in one to two coats.

Although this brand is aimed more at a younger market, the unique selections of colours make them appealable to every age. Some of the colours are also compatible with Hand and Nail Harmony's bestsellers in their Gelish range.

Roxie's Hart
From Riches to Rubies

Dancefloor Confessions
My Peach Bellini
Disco Devotion
Live For The Applause
Ready, Set, Jet
Jealous of My Clique?
Sea of Love
Longevity
These last really well for me, around five days for the crème and shimmers and around seven for the glitter formulas.

Overall Thoughts
Overall it's great to see another new British Nail Polish brand creating fashion forward and unique colour collections to suit everyone. Although these retail for £9.98, they are of a professional formula and contain a reasonable amount of polish, considering some drugstore nail polishes can be as much as £7 for a smaller amount. So if your looking for a new premium nail brand to try, with innovative colours and great longevity, then look no further.

I award All That Jazz Nail Lacquer 4.8 out of 5

My Top Ten Valentine's Day Nail Polish Picks

Top 10 Valentine's Day Nail Polish Picks
I'm partial to a pink polish and Valentine's Day is the perfect excuse to put away the deep, dark Winter shades I've been sporting and reach for the more brighter, romantic colours in my nail polish collection. Today I have picked out my top 10 Valentine's Day nail polish picks to give you a little nail inspiration for Saturday. If you haven't yet checked out my Easy Valentine's Nail Art Tutorial yet, take a peek if your after a little more than just the one shade on the nails.
What colour do you think I should go for on Saturday? Let me know in the comments below or tweet me.
Happy Valentine's Day!
O.P.I You Glitter Be Good to Me
This beautiful pink glitter is packed with tiny and large pieces of baby pink and fuchsia glitter, that can be worn on it's own or as a top coat to compliment another colour underneath.
Nails Inc. Topping Lane
This is an alternative to a metallic glitter, it's beautifully encrusted with blue, red and silver glitter, that's hidden over a top layer of pink crème polish, which gives it the sprinkles effect just like ice-cream topped with sprinkles!
Models Own Sun Hat
If your a neon girl and love China Glaze Shocking Pink, then this is an affordable dupe for this polish. It's a milky pale/medium neon pink, perfect for injecting a bit of Summer into your life.
Orly FX Embrace
This beautiful dusky pink holographic glitter can be worn as a top coat or with a rose gold polish to create the most beautiful on trend colour.
O.P.I Princesses Rule!
If your totally not into any bright colours on your nails, then Princesses Rule is a subtle shimmery alternative, perfect for any princess!
Essie Ballet Slippers
Essie Ballet Slippers is such a pretty crème based nude/pink and is a classic must have colour to add to anyone's nail collection.
Morgan Taylor Invitation Only
Invitation Only is one of my all time favourite purple's, it's a gorgeous pastel purple, crème formula, which makes a change to the classic pink and red for Valentine's Day.
O.P.I - Hotter than you Pink
Another one of my favourite neon's is O.P.I Hotter than you Pink that was released last year. This is more of a hot pink that has an iridescent finish.
All That Jazz From Riches to Rubies
If you haven't heard of the brand All That Jazz, you have to go and check them out. They are a British brand that stocks some amazing fashion-forward colours, which are of a professional formula, as well as a beautiful range of hand and foot treatments. Riches to Rubies is a fabulous, finely milled red glitter.
O.P.I Pink Friday
Pink Friday was created for the Nicki Minaj collection a few years back, it's a milky pink crème formula and is the identical colour to a strawberry milk shake!
