Collection Eyes Uncovered Nude Rose |
Price
This, as do the others in the Eyes Uncovered family retails for £3.99, which is amazing value for money for a six pan palette. The shades themselves are all shimmery shadows too.
Packaging
I mentioned this in my original review that the packaging and applicator included is not the most substantial, but on the whole it does the job of exposing the shadows on the front well, without having to open up the palette. The only thing that's different about this palette apart from the colours, is they don't have any names, just numbers which is a shame, as it's nice to have a name to refer to the shadow as.
Application
Upon application these apply like a dream just like the original palette. Each shade is beautifully pigmented and blends effortlessly onto the eyes, and despite the fact this is not a neutral palette, all six shades are still really wearable for day and night.
Five out of the six shades are also virtually identical to five from the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette. The quality is also virtually on par with the Urban Decay ones too, so this is defiantly worth a look at if your budget won't quite stretch to the Urban Decay version. The lightest shade No1 is the only one that doesn't match any of the UD shades as it's quite a heavy shimmery shade, so this is best I think as an inner corner highlighter instead.
Longevity
Again just like the original palette, these shadows had amazing staying power and are even better with a primer.
Overall Thoughts
Overall this is another impressive palette release from Collection. These shadows are beautifully pigmented and have exceptional quality, which makes this palette as a whole a steal at only £3.99! Yes the packaging is a little cheap looking and the lightest shadow maybe could of been a matte shade, but on the whole if your looking for a total dupe for the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette, then you have to go and check this out!
I award the Collection Eyes Uncovered Nude Rose Palette 4.8 out of 5
