Now there's something to be said for a fresh white t-shirt, especially a slogan one. I always consider a slogan t-shirt a fundamental staple in my wardrobe as it truly does go with so much and it's such an easy piece to style.

This Topshop t-shirt is hands down become one of my most worn items for July, it's such an easy item to throw on to pair with anything denim and Topshop has been killing it lately with the slogan tees! What's been your wardrobe staple for July?

Boohoo ruffle top off the shoulder

This Summer I've been totally digging the bardot tops, especially ones with a little embroidery on too. This Boohoo Embroidered Bardot Top has been a go to for date nights and I actually wore this on our recent trip to Edinburgh where we had the most amazing and highly recomended tapas at Cafe Andaluz. I was definitly feeling all the Spanish vibes in this top that night!

I hope everyone has had a lovely long weekend! My husband and I just got back from a gorgeous weekend in Edinburgh. We had gone with family to support my husband as he ran the EMF Marathon. He did amazingly well and completed the marathon in such great time considering he had never ran a full one before!

Edinburgh also holds a special place in our hearts as this is where Ben proposed to me, romantically in the castle and so this truly was a special weekend all round.

Today I wanted to share with your this beautiful embroidered top which is under £20 from Matalan. I'm totally in love with all the blue hues for Summer and this top is not only lightweight, it's also comfortable and a great addition to team with jeans or shorts. I must say I've been thoroughly enjoying all this warmer weather, lighter evenings and beautiful blooms we've been having this Spring. So much so I decided I would brave it and get my legs out finally after months of hibernation!

Now if you'd seen my Pay Day Lust List for April, you'll know I was feeling the Jumper Dress Vibes... Jumper Dresses are a great transition piece for Spring as they still keep you feeling warm but at the same time they expose the right amount of leg for this time of year.

Silver Accessories

I have a confession... I've been cheating on Rose Gold with Silver... Just lately I've had a thing for silver accessories as I love the way they can make an outfit pop, just like a red bag or shoes do.

It all started with this silver bag I picked up in the sale in River Island last month. This bag has become my go to as it still fits plenty in, but it leaves me hands free and plus it's a lot lighter too. Granted I still have to carry a shopper with me too, but I'm just loving this bag for Spring.

I also picked up these cute espadrilles from Matalan that were a total steal! They match perfectly with the bag, so I wanted to share with you one of the ways I'm styling these items for Spring.

A Touch of Blush Pink - Style Diary #18

Blush Pink Details

You've probably seen a theme over my past few style diary's and that is I've got a thing for pink lately, but not just any pink, blush pink to be precise... This colour is everywhere right now and I think judging by the many gorgeous looks I saw over London Fashion Week, pink is definitely here to stay for a few more seasons.

My favourite pink piece I've been wearing non stop is this lace top from Topshop. This is such a great transition top as it can be worn with an all black outfit in the colder months or with light denim jeans and some cute flats come Spring time.
